Service fee refunds
The PayPal charge is the service fee for the blocks on the quote. Fares, rooms, tickets, and hospital charges are not part of that charge.
Message WhatsApp before 00:00 Beijing time on the start date. The service fee is refunded to the same PayPal account.
After that date begins, the service fee is not refunded.
A written trip plan is not refunded once it has been sent, including when that is before the start date.
Money already paid to a hotel, airline, ticket seller, or hospital is not refunded by First72 China.
