Service fee and deposit
We charge a service fee (flat or %) to arrange bookings. Taxi fares, hotel rates, hospital registration, medical charges, tickets, and similar third-party costs are not guaranteed—they depend on actual amounts when incurred and appear separately on your quote (estimate or at cost).
A person sends the firm service fee on the quote. You prepay 20% of that fee with PayPal. The deposit is not 20% of hotel rates, fares, or hospital charges. This site has no pay-in-full option.
