Before you fly to Beijing

Beijing only. Write the airport and terminal, the hotel address in Chinese, the meetup door, and the flight number before you board. After you pay the service fee, those lines are a sheet you can show a driver.

1. 017 days out

   • Name the airport on the ticket: Beijing Capital (PEK) or Beijing Daxing (PKX), and the terminal.
   • Save the hotel’s full address in Chinese. An English name is not enough for a driver.
   • Write the flight number and the door where the car should meet you.
   • Add the blocks you want. The total is the service fee. A car fare is billed at cost.

2. 0248 hours

   • Check the flight number and terminal again.
   • Keep the Chinese address somewhere you can open with no data connection.
   • Charge the phone you will use for WhatsApp. Replies are on weekdays, within 4 hours.

3. 03Before boarding

   • Keep your passport in the cabin bag.
   • Fill the four lines below. After you pay the service fee, they become a sheet you can show a driver.
   • We confirm the door on WhatsApp. We do not file an arrival card or a visa.
